LEGAL NATURE AND CHARACTERISTICS OF COLLECTIVE SUBJECTS OF LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the discussion of the essential features of the notion of the collective subject of law, which it acquires in the current legislation and in the scientific literature. In particular, was made a comparsion of the content of the concepts of "organization" and "legal entity". Based on the study of the approaches of scientists of civilizations and administrators, it defined the signs of labor collectives and trade unions as collective subjects of law. It disclosed the legal nature of the concept of collective subject through the characteristics of legal personality and competence. Also it proposed an author's refinement of the definition of a collective entity.
