LEGAL REGULATION OF AGRICULTURAL LAND TURNOVER: EXPERIENCE OF NETHERLANDS AND GREAT BRITAIN

Abstract
The article deals with the experience of legal regulation of the agricultural land market in the Netherlands and the UK. The analysis of the legislation on transfer of rights of ownership and land use has been accomplished. The conclusion concerning the appropriateness of using the mechanisms of the open agricultural market model in Ukraine is made.
