Legal regulation of the functioning of the Customs Administration of Tanzania

Abstract
Determine the feasibility of conducting comparative legal study of formation, the customs service reform in Tanzania based on these indicators values Ukrainian gross domestic product, the level of corruption. It was noted that in many cases the effectiveness and efficiency of the state apparatus reforms in Tanzania exceed Ukrainian achievements. In this paper, including the attention given to the efficiency of the semi-autonomous tax agencies.
