LEGAL STATE SUPPORT OF VITICULTURE, HORTICULTURE AND HOP IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article, the author examines the legal mechanism of state support of viticulture, horticulture and hop in Ukraine. The author analyses the basic elements of the legal framework: subject, object, order, provided postprogram control and responsibility. The author concludes on the need to restore state support of viticulture, horticulture and hop through the development of an updated legal framework.
