Lobbying system: structural indicator

Abstract
In the article, based on a critical analysis of scientific approaches to the definition of elements of lobbying, the author's vision of the structure of the lobbying system as an integral set of such interrelated components is justified: the goal (changing or adopting normative acts, managerial decisions); subjects (service provider, customer of the lobbying service, as well as powerful organizations); objects (lobbying services); content (subjective rights, competence, legal obligations, legal relations of entities); result (adoption of normative acts, other documents, management decisions).
