Логіка формування системи репутаційного менеджменту підприємств / The logic of formation of the company’s reputation management system

Abstract

In the article the author argues and systematizes the factors of formation of trust of stakeholders to the enterprise. The purposeful influence n these factors as a basis of the system of reputation management is presented. Author defines the main methods of purposeful trust formation, the basis and tools of enterprise communication with key stakeholders in the process of building trust-reputation. Author combines elements of reputation management and communication techniques into a single system of reputation management of the enterprise, explaining the main interconnections and regularities of this system from the point of view of providing trust to the enterprise (target reputation).
