Lojistikte Taşıma Şekillerinin Belirlenmesi: Bir Kombine Taşımacılık Örneği

Abstract
In this study, one of the major problems of Turkey; “transportation” is examined in logistics. The importance, applicability, advantages-disadvantages and the future of Combined Transport is discussed. The solution which is created for the case of Turkey here, is a kind of Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). TSP can be used to design a transportation network. Methods to solve the TSP problems are classified in two groups. First of these is exact algorithms, and the other is heuristics. The time of solution and the complexity of the solution can change the methods which will be used in the problem. Created problem is solved by the PyGenetix software and the conclusions are analyzed. In this study, Genetic Algorithms is proposed as an optimization technic for the problem and solved by Genetic Algorithms based software. Outputs of the program give realistic ideas to design an effective and productive transportation network in Turkey.
