MAIN CAUSE OF CRISIS IN THE ENTERPRISE AND POSSIBLE METHODS THEIR SOLUCION

Abstract
Research Methodology: Through the use systematic approach research was carried determine the main causes of the crisis on businesses and possible methods to overcome them. Results: The study identified the main causes of the crisis conditions in the workplace. It was also investigated the dynamics of the crisis on economic subjects. Were identified and characterized stage of the crisis. Were identified the main activities of the system of crisis management. Were developed stages of crisis management in the enterprise. It was discovered basic properties of a system of crisis management entities. It was also reviewed and summarized recent research and publications on the views of domestic and foreign scientists in the process of the main causes of the crisis in which enterprises and possible methods to effectively overcome. Novelty: As a result of consolidation of theoretical and practical heritage of domestic and foreign scholars on this issue, we concluded that the most successful way out of the crisis is the enterprise application of crisis management. Based on the research done was proposed in our view the most accurate definition of crisis management, which characterizes it as a system that is complex, systematic character and its main aim is the withdrawal of its entity with the crisis. Practical significance: As a result of the research it was found that successful overcoming of the crisis at the plant will be appropriate to conduct the following activities to organize the so-called inverse connection: 1. Improve the quality of information technology by improving the presentation and structuring data or change form submission or development new channels of communication. 2. Build capacity of rapid response due foresight crisis. The suddenness of the crisis and its consequences negativity managers require urgent analysis. 3. Improve the quality of group decisions and engage in problem considering different points of view to reduce the probability dictates lidera. 4. Haute organization managers in the group to overcome the crisis. 5. Conduct prevention of crisis situations in the following areas: financial and economic activity; Culture management firm; innovative activity; monitoring the external and internal environment of firm criteria and decision-making.
