Abstract
Medical malpractice (malpractice), the World Medical Association in accordance with the definition of unity "the physician's failure to conform to the standard treatment, lack of skills, or loss incurred in providing care to the patient" is defined as. Applications, as well as all over the world in our country, unfortunately, is the medical incorrectly. In this paper, types of medical malpractice, definitions of concepts related to it, in the world and in our country, medical malpractice rates and common areas will be discussed.
