MANAGEMENT OF PUBLIC FINANCES: PROBLEMS OF DEFINITIVE DEFINITIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CONCEPT «FINANCIAL ACTIVITY OF THE STATE»

Abstract
The article highlights some significant characteristics of public finance management. It is proved that the concept of public finance management as a legal category includes two planes: managerial and financial. To distinguish the actual managerial aspect of the category, it is pro¬posed to introduce a new term «management of public finance turnover».
