NORMATIVE AND LEGAL GUARANTEES OF MUNICIPAL HUMAN RIGHTS IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The issues of essence and content of regulatory and legal guarantees of municipal human rights in Ukraine, examined in the article, testify to their important role in the composition of the municipal status of a person. The author studies the trends in the development of appropriate safeguards in the provisions of international legal acts, carries out a comparative analysis between the norms of national and international law on the establishment of guarantees of municipal rights of members of the territorial community, examines the specifics of international legal and regulatory guarantees for municipal rights of certain categories of persons. Particular attention is paid to justifying the improvement of the national system of regulatory and legal guarantees of municipal human rights in Ukraine.
