MARKETING AND LOGISTICS BASIC PARAMETERS DETERMINATION AT MOTOR TRANSPORT COMPANY FUNCTIONING AT THE INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT TRANSPORTATIONS MARKET

Abstract
The new economic conditions, the development of international road cargo transportation market, increased competition among trucking companies encourage active implementation logistics concept. Implementation of logistics approaches in marketing activities of the trucking companies that operate in the international road cargo transportation market requires a change in the conceptual approaches of traditional sales policy. The defining element of the road cargo transportation market is the customer who dictates the conditions of transport services. The main aim of the article – the development of measures to improve the efficiency of the marketing of international road transport services using the principles of logistics due to significant distinction options for applications spheres. The task of the article – to identify the key marketing, logistics and technological parameters of transport and logistics customer service of international road freight transport. To achieve the goal of the work was used following general scientific and special methods and techniques of research, such as theoretical generalization, analysis, synthesis, systematic and integrated approach of abstract logic, monographic and graphics and so on. The paper proposes a generalized scheme of interaction between marketing and logistics as a determinant of value for the customer and scheme of the main parameters of marketing and logistics in the operation of a motor enterprise on the international road cargo transportation market. Applying logistics tools in the marketing of international road cargo transportation market will enable standardize and unify the parameters of quality of transport services and to create a client-oriented system parameters of transport services: logistics, technology and logistics and marketing. Definition, implementation and adjustment of these parameters will help the participants of the international road cargo transportation market to produce effective transport services.
