MASTERING THE MATHEMATICAL APPARATUS AS A REFERENCE POINT FOR PHYSICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION

Abstract
The challenges facing Ukraine require an improvement in engineering education. Its basis is high-quality secondary education, an essential component of which is the study of physics. The way to improve knowledge and skills is to make more use of the mathematical apparatus available to pupils. The possibilities of school courses in physics and mathematics depend on the chosen level. The availability of all types of further education is provided by the programs of the academic level, which are the basis of the External Independent Estimation (EIE). The amount of material on physics provided for pupils by such a program requires discussing. Much help can be provided by mathematics, if its program does not ignore the modern way of thinking of young people. The active use of vector algebra, scalar and vector products will be promising. On this basis it is possible to acquaint listeners with the concept of linear space, and then with the essence of quantum theory and the basic ideas of statistical physics. The appearance of the foundations of mathematical analysis in the course of mathematics makes possible a simple interpretation of many concepts of mechanics and other branches of physics. The proposals are based on the experience of working with schoolchildren.
