MATH MODELING OF CLINICAL PROCESSES FOR IMPROVEMENT OF MILITARY THERAPEUTICAL ASSISTANCE ORGANIZATION FOR COMBATANTS WITH BATTLE TRAUMA

Abstract
The problem of internal pathology in combatants with battle trauma is critically important for modern military support as old knowledge based on previous military campaigns is not appropriate for describing the contemporary battle trauma natural course. To date, there is no conclusive decision about pathophysiologic mechanisms of secondary internal pathology in patients with battle trauma. Therefore, it is impossible to develop proper organization of military health care system to minimize probability of secondary internal pathology in combatants with battle trauma. We proposed to resolve this problem of social medicine by math modeling of clinical processes in conjunction with clinical techniques using the example of secondary cardiovascular pathology in combatants with battle trauma.
