MEASURES FOR VIOLATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CONTRACTS

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to research application features sanctions for violation of the agreement signed administration. Analyzed administrative and contractual competence of law enforcement agencies, including the authority to contract administration and failure (improper performance) signed an administrative agreement.
