METHODICAL APPROACH TO FORECASTING THE IMBALANCE IN THE PROFESSIONAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE PRODUCTIVE FORCES OF THE REGIONS

Abstract
The article suggests a methodical approach to forecasting the imbalance of the region's productive forces using adaptive forecasting methods. The dynamic analysis of imbalance in the regions has proved that it tends to intensify within the region, which is investigated and has certain features that lead to an increase or decrease in its manifestation. Consequently, the use of models that have a customizable ratio is appropriate and justified.
