Methodical bases of forming the risk management system in the integrated industrial company

Abstract
In the article methodical approaches and recommendations about formation of the risk management system in the integrated industrial company are offered. It is determined that industrial integration should be considered as social and economic process of merging of industrial, trade, research, information and consulting and other organizations for the purpose of entry into the consumer market highly effective and competitive products. The datalogical model of risk management system, which consists of blocks, beginning from statement of the purposes and problems of system, and finishing with development of anti-risk actions is presented. Tools, which allow to perform quantitative assessment of economic loss of the integrated company on the basis of influence of such indicators as risk probability, risk level, extent of risk influence are offered
