METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO DETERMINING THE CONCEPT AND ESSENCE OF LEGAL VALUES

Abstract
The solution to the problem of legal values becomes a significant spread in the world and requires detailed study. In the article methodological analysis of approaches to definition of legal values. It is established that legal are only those spiritual values that serve as means for the implementation and maintenance of certain moral, ethical, political and other values through the approval and development legal activities of the rule of law, which focuses on proper values. With this understanding of the right is analogous to schools, churches, politicians and the like, that is, the institutions by which the behavior of the members of the society shall be sent to the appropriate values.
