THE CURRENT STATE OF LEGAL REGULATION OF PRODUCTION AND TURNOVER OF ALCOHOLOC BEVERAGES IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article examines the current state of legal provision of production and circulation of alcoholic beverages in Ukraine. The analysis of the basic legal acts regulating the sphere of circulation of legally produced alcoholic beverages on the territory of the state is carried out. It is proposed to divide the regulatory base into three groups in accordance with their content and purpose: 1) production; 2) turnover and trade; 3) restriction of consumption, prevention of offenses and prosecution of persons who committed socially dangerous acts. The expediency of making amendments to the legislation for an effective mechanism of functioning and development of the alcohol market in Ukraine is substantiated.
