Methodological bases of the problem of forming valuable-sensitive orientations of future educers

Abstract
The article is devoted to the problem of formation of value-semantic orientations of future educators in the process of professional training. The main scientific approaches to solving the problem on the philosophical (value-semantic paradigm), general scientific (systemic and synergistic), specific scientific (personal, reflexive-activity, competence, environmental approaches) and technological (hermeneutic approach) levels are determined. It is proved that, firstly: the process of formation of value-semantic orientations of future educators is a system that consists of interrelated components; secondly: the formation of value-semantic orientations is possible only in a specially organized environment, where the relationships in the “teacher – student” system are subjective, filled with meaning; thirdly: value-semantic orientations are formed only in the process of professional activity; fourthly: the use of texts of different types contributes to the formation of value-semantic orientations of future educators.
