The formation of readisness for changes of leaders educational establishments

Abstract

The theoretical and practical aspects of the formation of the readiness of the leaders of educational establishments for changes in the conditions of the reform of the native education have been illuminated in the article. The theoretical basis of the solving of the problem is determined by the integration of professional and personal components of readiness for changes in postgraduate pedagogical education. Based on the revisions of modern psychological science, theory and practice of management, the author justifies the changes in the content of courses for improving the qualifications of the leaders of educational establishments, the possibility of using postgraduate education in technology of professional and personal development (training, game), as well as the introduction of computer training and IT - technologies. The article argues the need to include in the content of educational and professional programs the revisions of modern management, reveal the possibility of using the blog in support of professional communications of leaders of educational establishments, examples of the use of IT - technologies (web quest), computer technologies (mind-map), the using in educational process of techniques «the tree of problems», «problem grid», «wheel of competence» etc.
