METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE CONTROL OVER THE USE AND PROTECTION OF LANDS OF RESIDENTIAL AND PUBLIC BUILDINGS ON ALLUVIAL TERRITORIES

Abstract
The article is devoted to defining methods of state control over the use and protection of lands of residential and public buildings on the alluvial areas. The author analyzes the issues of legislative support of state control over the use and protection of lands. Methods of carrying out control tactics that have been developed and applied to the control bodies to achieve the goal and implement the necessary influence on the controlled objectare defined. Appropriate methods are classified.
