МINIMUM NORMS OF STATE REGULATION OF INCOMES OF HOUSEHOLD: EFFICIENCY AND IMPROVEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the efficiency of using the subsistence minimum and minimum wages as instruments of state regulation of the level and differentiation of incomes of the population of Ukraine. The correlation between the legislatively established minimum rates of income and consumption of households, their solvency and real wages is weak or zero, which limits the possibility of state influence on the standard of living of the population is proved. The necessity of improving the methodology for determining and applying the minimum norms of state regulation of incomes by adding inflationary income parameters taking into account the features of regions of the country, ensuring their orientation to overcoming the excessive income differentiation is substantiated.
