MOBBING AS A STAFF MANAGEMENT PATHOLOGY

Abstract
Although, for a few years a great deal of attention has been paid to mobbing in science as well as in practice, the phenomenon still arises much vagueness. The article’s aim is to present theories which explain mobbing and the mechanisms it consists in, the indication of the cause and effect concerned with its occurrence and the ways of its eradication. By comparing the results from the last decade, the author indicates a rise in pathological behaviour in a work environment, which to all legal intents and purposes can be qualified as mobbing.
