Model-program of personal and professional future teachers selfdevelopment

Abstract
The professional development of a personality on any stage of the professional formation is studied regarding the direct connection with his personal development. Only the integral model-program of the future pedagogue’s personal and professional self-development will enable us to de¿ ne accurately the formation process concept about the personal-professional abilities, skills and qualities required for the future successful pedagogical activity (personal-professional formation).
