ABOUT SCIENTIFIC DEFERENCE “ART SCHOOL” AND “ARTISTIC SCHOOL”

Abstract

The article deals with the social, historical and cultural and artistic and artistic aspects of one of the leading social phe- nomena a school, that demonstrates a fairly significant range of interests of educators, historians, art historians, cultural scientists. The analysis of the school in the context of the artistic process, based on creative experience, the accumulation and acquisition of knowledge and skills, the methods of their use and distribution, allows us to identify the features of the concept of “art school” and “artistic school”. As a result, in one case, this is the general educational sphere, aimed at universal aesthetic education, in the other – the field of professional-specialized education, aimed at acquiring the voca- tional and academic level of knowledge. The relevance of this topic is evidenced by the appeal of its educators, historians, art historians, whose scientific studies make up quite a considerable spectrum of interests and approaches. In particular, historical and pedagogical intelligence considers this problem as a spatial-temporal, educational, artistic-pedagogical, academic, artistic-aesthetic, aimed at forming the spirituality of the individual, in accordance with the National Doctrine of the Development of Education in Ukraine in the ХХІ-st Century. and the concept of general secondary education at the stage of transformation of Ukrainian schooling, polyphysical education, in the historical key, for example, decorative arts and crafts. Modern art studies the historical foundations of artistic education in Ukraine, the traditions of artistic schools of Ukraine, their regional features in Kyiv, Cherkasy region, and Kirovograd region. The importance of “artistic schools” is emphasized in the review of the ten-year development of the Kiev Museum of Contemporary Art as an element of the overall creative process. Instead, the overwhelming majority of the publications in which the authors relate to the notion of artistic school prevails in the historical approach, while the theoretical statements on this issue are almost absent. In this article the practical experience of the art arts schools is analyzed, on the basis of which a number of theoretical generalizations are proposed, namely, the formation of a scientific definition of art-related concepts “art school” and “artistic school”, ascertaining their aspects on the basis of systematization of data on artistic education, artistic practice and creative process.
