Modeling the offer of freelance–applications of the IT enterprise

Abstract
The article discusses the tools for carrying out the personnel strategic policies at the IT company, including freelance and outsourcing. For these economic categories, their advantages and disadvantages are investigated. The modelling of the effective freelance–resource usage at the IT company from the standpoint of studying the freelance–applications offers is presented. After simulation modelling realization, the important characteristics of the freelance–applications offers were received, which, on average, according to the Poisson distribution law, requires the number of staff members increasing, which in turn will reduce the average loss of the IT company due to optimization of the time lag of the freelance–applications main flow.
