Modelių taikymo Lietuvos geležinkelių sektoriui restruktūrizuoti tyrimas
Journal Title: Transport - Year 2009, Vol 24, Issue 3
Abstract
Tam, kad būtų sukurtas organizacinės geležinkelių sistemos struktūros modelis, reikia ekonomiškai pagrįsti ir apskaičiuoti, kiek valstybei kainuos valstybės įmonės viešajai geležinkelių infrastruktūrai valdyti steigimas ir funkcionavimas. Straipsnyje pateikiama užsienio šalių geležinkelių transporto sektoriaus reformos įvertinimas, restruktūrizacijos modelių lyginimo pagal ES šalių patirtį analizė, užsienio šalių teoretikų įvertinimas parenkant modelį, pagrindžiamas ekonominiu aspektu tinkamiausias Lietuvos Respublikos geležinkelių transporto sektoriaus reformos modelis.

Analysis of Microscopic Data under Heterogeneous Traffic Conditions
Collecting microscopic data is difficult under heterogeneous traffic conditions. This data is essential when modelling heterogeneous traffic at a microscopic level. In this paper, microscopic data collected under heterog...
RSU Localization Model and Simulation Optimization for VII Network
While facing the needs for Vehicle Infrastructure Integration (VII) applications in traffic management, the paper deals with the problem of locating Road Side Units (RSU) for VII deployment. After analyzing the differenc...
Longer Combination Vehicles and Road Safety
The aim of this paper is to explore the relationship between the features of Longer Combination Vehicles (LCVs) and road safety issues. LCVs are road vehicles that exceed dimensions of a typical or standard heavy truck-t...
Mathematical Simulation of the Correlation between the Frequency of Road Traffic Accidents and Driving Experience
Based on statistical analysis indicating the dependence of the number of road traffic accidents on driving experience, a mathematical model of such correlation is offered. The mathematical model has been tested generatin...
