Models for the evaluation of the composition of human resources in the organization focusing on the Kirkpatrick model

Abstract
L’objectif de cet article de recherche est de mettre en évidence les modèles relatifs à l’évaluation de la formation des ressources humaines. Un intérêt tout particulier est porté au modèle de Kirkpatick, en décrivant sa structure et les similitudes et dissemblances avec les autres modèles. La conclusion à laquelle à aboutit ce travail est que l'efficacité de la formation dépend du processus d'évaluation qui doit être objective.
