Modern Approaches to Formation of Competitiveness of Products of the Meat and Milk Stock-breeding

Abstract

The goal of the article lies in systematisation of views of researchers on definition of the competitiveness of production of the meat and milk stock-breeding notion and identification of criteria and indicators. In the result of the study the article reveals a diversity of definitions of competitiveness and approaches to reflection of its essence, which testifies not only to a complexity of this definition but also to absence of a common system approach to formation and analysis of the notion. The article shows main components, criteria and factors of competitiveness and outlines specific problems of increase of competitiveness in the field of meat and milk stock-breeding. The prospect of further studies is expansion of markets of sales of products of domestic agricultural enterprises for increase of their profitability and providing population with high-quality food products.
