MODERN BUILDING STRATEGIES OF THE ACADEMIC DISCIPLINES AIMED AT DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL POTENTIAL OF FUTURE EDUCATORS

Abstract
The new format of education requires understanding, conceptualizing, broadcasting and modern organization. Traditional education is generally focused on a passive individual who tries to remember and then to repeat; the alternative forms of education, in their turn, proceed from these ideas: creative personality, personality’s activities, group work, need of special semiotics (schemes, narratives, discourses) which allow to reflect and create a new understanding of importance of various forms of communication, the cultivation of new forms of spirituality and responsibility. The course “Family Pedagogics” is aimed at realizing the specified ideas.The content of the discipline is determined by the following factors: pedagogical tasks and problems set in the appropriate discipline, approach and means, audience of students, constructive and design procedures, teaching experience. The aim of the article is justification of strategy variability to build some academic disciplines which facilitate specialists’ training in the sphere of preschool education. The training course “Family Pedagogics” is aimed at developing students’ interest in the problems of family education, awareness of development prospects of a modern family and family education. It provides acquaintance of the students with variable models of a family and family education, effective pedagogical technologies of home education of preschool children. An important component of the course is the development of students’ skills of psychological and pedagogical diagnostics of family education, the analysis of problem situations in family education and abilities to solve them creatively. In the course of students’ training to interact with a family we suggested that success is provided by the conditions, which are based on real facts which characterize the problems of modern families, family education and methods, which contribute to acquisition of special skills within the work with families of different types. Therefore, the program of future specialists’ training is based on the integrated basis and continuity, which is achieved through taking into account the psychological and pedagogical ideas, the priority of the synthesis of their methodological and practical training.
