MODERN CHALLENGES AND THREATS OF FORMATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF FISCAL POLICY IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the current macroeconomic conditions for the formation and implementation of fiscal policy in Ukraine is considered. The mutual influence of budget-tax indicators and gross domestic product is estimated. The analysis of the practice of formation and implementation of the policy in the field of budget revenues is carried out. The factors that determined the policy in the field of budget expenditures are evaluated. The relationship between fiscal policy and budget deficit dynamics is analyzed. A SWOT-analysis for identify the positive and negative impact of the external and internal environment on the formation and implementation of fiscal policy in Ukraine is conducted.
