MODERN CONCEPTS OF SMALL CRAFT HARBORS DEVELOPMENT AS A MULTIFUNCTIONAL OBJECT

Abstract
The article contains description of the main planning concepts of small craft harbors and conditions for their appearance. Considered the conditions that contributed the derivation of small craft harbors. From the point of view of architectural design was explained the phenomenon of small craft harbor. The main features of the location of river harbors were explained.
