Journal Title: Науковий вісник Міжнародного гуманітарного університету. Серія «Філологія» - Year 2018, Vol 32, Issue 1
Abstract
The article presents the results of the study aimed at using a multi-paradigmatic approach to establishing the typology of nominative sentences in the English, French and Ukrainian languages. The combination of cognitive, structural-semantic and pragmatic approaches in the course of studying nominative sentences of the languages under comparison made it possible to classify them by types. Modelling of the syntactic concept structure allowed distinguishing six types of syntactic concepts, which verbalize nominative sentences. At the structural-semantic and pragmatic levels, nominative sentences were classified according to structural, semantic, and pragmatic types.
