NATIONAL AND CULTURAL SPECIFIC FEATURES OF HUMOROUS COMMUNICATION IN TEACHING BUSINESS FOREIGN LANGUAGE (ENGLISH)

Abstract

This article deals with the basic principles of business etiquette communication based on the national specific features of speech etiquette. Special attention is paid to the national and cultural specific aspects of humorous communication in teaching the course “Business Foreign Language” (English). Knowledge and understanding of national cultural specificity of an individual have a major impact on the effectiveness of communication. Extensive coverage is given to applying humour in situations of business and official communication.
