Foreign Exchange Risk Management and its Instruments Illustrated with An Example of Marine Business

Abstract
This paper presents methods for the elimination of exchange rate risk in the framework of the process of foreign exchange risk management in enterprises. The paper presents the essence and methodology of foreign exchange risk management, including the release of huge opportunities and benefits of their implementation. The article described and classified the modern instruments that companies can use to hedge against foreign exchange risk and analyzes the instruments used in the practice of economic life in Poland.
