Abstract
Dynamics of changes in the modern organizations environment requires unconventional approach to organization’s management. Simple improvement of traditional management methods and technologies is not sufficient to compete with competitors, and even more to get/keep the leading position on the market. For this reason, organizations are increasingly turning to unconventional methods, and search for sources of advantage, that refer to the achievements of other disciplines. In this paper, similarly to the well-known concepts in cloud computing, we introduce the concept of "cloud management" or "management in the cloud”. It refers to the new added value management systems, based on IS/IT technology, and the use of their ability to improve the organization, particularly in the operation of its human resources.
