THE MAJOR PRINCIPLES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF MEASURES CONCERNING THE EVOLUTION OF BUSINESS ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
This article studies the important tasks on the development of measures to increase the business activity of the industrial enterprise, the improvement of business activity management in the existing activity conditions. The conceptual approach is proposed to manage the business activity of the industrial enterprise, which implies the solution of the tasks regarding the management of the business activity in terms of the existing system of management of the business activity, that allows coherently and systemically provide the fulfillment of goal of the management business activity. The basis for the conceptual approach is in two principles: 1)performance of the business activity management tasks of the industrial enterprise; 2) forming and realization of control system of business activity enterprise. The management system of business activity of the industrial enterprise includes: directions (subsystems) of the business activity management, that include the evaluation of economic development phases of the industrial enterprise, the evaluation of the macro-conditions the enterprise functions within, and the evaluation of the business activity levels of the enterprise; phases of the management of business activity, that are executed in three management directions accordingly to each phase of the economic development of the enterprise, to each level of the business activity of the enterprise and each general economical period of functioning. The distinguishing feature of the conceptual approach proposed for the improvement of the business activity management is a combination of performance of the business activity management tasks and systematic management approach, given that the management tasks are part of the business activity management system of the industrial enterprise. This allows to promote the business position management efficiency based on the concentration of all processes, approaches, directions, and also tasks and management functions in the same place (department, enterprise service) with the purpose to instantly react to the internal and external situation, with the purpose to execute coherent, astute, deliberate management decisions during all the business activity management phases and periods, with a purpose to establish a comprehensive control on the execution of the management decisions.
