The use of reverse factoring in corporate liquidity management

Abstract
The article concerns the importance of reverse factoring in liquidity man-agement. It presents the essence of reverse factoring in comparison with tradi-tional factoring. This paper also indicates what kind of enterprises can use the reverse factoring and costs associated with its use. An important part of this article applies to possibilities of using reverse factoring in liquidity management. The author concludes that the reverse factoring can be used in the management of liquidity. It facilitates synchronization of cash inflows and outflows. Further-more, reverse factoring is very useful for building a good relationship with the supplier.
