Niepoprawność niektórych pojęć w rozporządzeniu Komisji (UE) nr 1302/2014 dotyczącym technicznej specyfikacji interoperacyjności systemu kolei w Unii Europejskiej

Abstract
The article concerns the problem of the use of the correct terms in the normative documents on the European Union rail transport. Analysis of one of these documents, namely Regulation No. 1302/2014 concerning the technical specification for interoperability in the EU showed that in the Polish language version of this document, there were a number of terms that are inaccurate, misleading or outdated. In particular, it is a clue regarding the operation and maintenance of rail vehicles, as well as the names of some assemblies of these vehicles.
