NORMATIVE-LEGAL OF INTERACTION OF THE BODIES OF PROBATION WITH RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATIONS IN PREVENTING JUVENILE CRIME RECIDIVISM

Abstract
In the article solved the normative-legal support of interaction of bodies of probation with religious organizations to prevent juvenile crime recidivism. Noted some shortcomings in the current legislation on this issue and proposed ways to address them. Defined the main directions of development of criminal justice regarding juveniles in Ukraine.
