Offender as part of the forensic characteristics of improper performance of duties to protect life and health of children

Abstract
On the basis of analysis of scientific literature defines the ratio of criminal law, forensic and criminological characteristics of the offender committing the improper performance of duties to protect life and health of children. Investigated and singled out criminal and forensic features of the person who committed these crimes. Done forensic characterization of the person who committed the crime under Art. 137 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
