Offensesas a factual basis of administrative liability

Abstract
The article is devoted to the consideration of the offense as the actual reason for the occurrence of administrative liability. Consider the issue of defining the concept of an administrative offense. The description of the administrative offense is given. The grounds for bringing administrative responsibility for the commission of an administrative offense are considered.
