On the advantages of creating the Ministry of Taxes and fees of Ukraine

Abstract
The paper analyzes the issues of reforming the system of central bodies of executive power in Ukraine. The necessity of making changes to the existing legislation concerning the legal status of the newly created Ministry of income and fees, as well as the delineation of its competence and the competence of the Ministry of Finance.
