UPDATING BACKGROUND OF FORMING PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT CAPITAL IN UKRAINE

Abstract
The article discusses the problems of updating the prerequisites for the study of the formation of professional managerial capital in Ukraine. The ways of overcoming crisis phenomena in the economy are determined on the basis of the development of a new managerial paradigm for changing the quality of the process of professionalization of managerial activity. The necessity of management perception is proved both in science and in the system of professional activity. The issues of systemic quality of managerial capital are investigated. Attention is focused on the need for a separate definition of the categories of efficiency and effectiveness of professional management activities. The basic approaches of innovative development of the management system are proposed. Attention is drawn and factors of influence of the professional management system on the socio-economic development of society are determined. An analysis of the historical conditions for the development of a professional management system for innovative processes and elements of creativity is conducted. The conceptual bases of professional training of managerial personnel and factors of intellectual development of managerial work are determined. The necessity of state influence on the process of professionalization of management activity and determination of modern criteria of efficiency and effectiveness of management in Ukraine is proved.
