ON THE DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPT OF CORPORATE LEGAL RELATION

Abstract
The legislative and doctrinal definitions of the corporate legal relations are critically analyzed in the article as well as opinions of researchers on the object and scope of participants of the corporate legal relation. This has made it possible to lay down new definition of the concept of the corporate legal relation derivative from the notions of the corporate right and corporate obligation and to propose criteria for distinction between corporate and adjoined legal relations.
