ON THE ISSUE OF THE ACTIVITIES OF CENTRAL AND LOCAL BODIES OF EXECUTIVE POWER, BODIES OF LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT ON PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO INTERNALLY DISPLACED PERSONS

Abstract
The article deals with the issues of the state guarantee of determining and providing the status of “internally displaced person”. The legislation on ensuring the rights and freedoms of forced displaced persons, the practice of its application and the scientific views on the problem are analyzed. The author’s opinion on solving the problems of the activities and interaction of central and local bodies of executive power, bodies of local self-government on providing assistance and ensuring the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons is generalized and expressed.
