ON THE QUESTION OF CLASSIFICATION AND FORMS OF LABOR CONTRACTS IN THE UKRAINIAN LEGISLATION

Abstract
The article deals with the classification of labor contracts that may be concluded in accordance with the Ukrainian Legislation. Forms fixing the employment relationship between the employee and employer are defined in the article. Differentiation of the employment contract and the contract is made. Also the ratio of these categories in the labor legislation of Ukraine and in the draft of the Labor Code was conducted.
