OPTIMIZATION OF THE MAIN PARAMETERS IN DESIGN OF DOUBLE STAGE SPUR GEARS SPEED REDUCERS

Abstract

The dependence of the choice of the basic parameters of a two-stage cylindrical gearbox exe-cuted according to the expanded scheme from the optimal distribution of transmission num-bers of high-speed and slow-moving stages is considered. It is shown that the optimal distribu-tion of gear ratios of a two-stage reducer makes it possible to design a gearbox of minimum mass for general mechanical engineering. For a two-stage coaxial cylindrical gearbox with a minimum transmission ratio it is necessary to accept the following standard values of gear ratios and . The usage of optimization of the basic parameters of gearboxes should be used when implementing course projects.
