OPTIMIZATION OF THE MODES OF VACUUM-CONDENSATION DEPOSITION

Abstract
The manifestation of the droplet phase is described, and it is also established that the dimensions of the voids and their concentration depend on the force of the arc spraying current. The prospect of advanced technology of vacuumcondensation spraying is shown, which is caused by a decrease in the number of defects on the surface of the spray product.
